  • An integrated approach to massage and energy work incorporates multiple styles and/or techniques to treat a range of issues. I customize techniques that will work best for your body, mind and soul. I combine dynamics cupping with neutral reset therapy and spiritual energy work to help you on your healing journey. Other techniques: Deep tissue, Swedish, TriggerPoints, reflexology, Tibetan singing bowls, sports massage, stretching, reiki, integrated energy therapy, Thai massage, acupressure, craniosacral.

  • Customize Eclectic Bodywork to retrain & calm your nervous system to allow more synergy or body, mind and spirit for more balanced joy. Less pain & more mental clarity! A variety of modalities like Reiki, Craniosacral, IET, light language, sound healing, healing earth metals and cosmic elements will be used. Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer.

  • This session will calm your nervous system, which will relax your whole body to relieve pain and discomfort. Craniosacral Therapy & Quantum Alignment Technique are gentle yet effective, scientifically proven techniques to help you alleviate stress (trauma), which is 90% of the reason for disease and discomfort.   • Generally, the session will begin with a brief consultation so we can go over your intake form and your goals for the session. WE will explain what type of modalities to consider.

    You have full control over the lighting, music and temperature control of the room. We have plenty of pillows so when you’re laying down, you are fully comfortable and relaxed.

  • For first time clients expect to be here an extra 30 minutes as we get familiar with what your goals and intentions are and review the client intake form.

    If you’re uncomfortable with any part of the session, you’re always encouraged to speak up with any concerns. We’re happy to make any adjustments for your healing session.

  • The sessions are done with a gentle touch and some manipulation of the joints. Certain crystals or singing bowls will be used on you but with respect to your comfort level.

  • We will always check with you to make sure you’re comfortable with our technique. So for example , if we're working on your feet and you get uncomfortable we will modify accordingly. At anytime if you’re not comfortable we encourage you to say so. The sessions are tailored to your specific needs to reach your intended goals.

  • Absolutely! It’s important that you are comfortable and you have control over the session. If there’s anything that needs adjustment will we will easily do that.

  • Nope! The sessions are done fully clothed unless you are requiring and want some gentle cupping on your back.

  • Yes we will go over some of the techniques before we even start the session to make sure you’re comfortable with the process. And anything could be modified for your comfort level.

  • The session is about your comfort and relaxation, and we will make the adjustments to make sure you are comfortable.

  • Some people do need to relax by chatting and will during a session and that is OK. It’s also OK if you just zone out and fall asleep.

  • We’ll go over what we need to do to adjust our session and use the proper techniques to keep you safe. Your safety is our top concern. And we are prepared to make adjustments to accommodate your needs. Always check with your doctor before anybody work if you have some health concerns.

  • Yes. The calming of your nervous system can greatly enhance your comfort level. And we will work together to find out what technique or modality works best for you.
